Melcom Limited (Melcom) has a network of 60+ retail stores, 12 Cash ‘n’ Carry depots, an online store, and is continuing to grow at a rapid rate, adapting to meet the needs of its customers across the country.
This makes it possible to bring shopping to the doorsteps of Ghanaians nationwide, making Melcom “Where Ghana Shops”.

Founded in September 1989, Melcom revolutionized retail by offering a diverse range of over 50,000 products, meeting the needs and desires of customers across Ghana. With supermarkets, household goods, garments, electronics, and more, Melcom is the go-to destination for all your shopping needs, catering to diverse demographics in each store.
1.7+ million square feet of retail space
Melcom currently oversees more than 1.7 million square feet of retail space across major towns and cities, with ongoing expansion efforts. This includes the upcoming launch of 8 new stores, contributing around 500,000 square feet of additional retail space. "The Melcom Mall," our largest store yet, has opened in 2023.
